White Leaf Recruiters is a Jamshedpur-based placement consultancy. We screen, verify and shortlist candidates for employers who need people who will actually turn up on Monday - and we help job seekers move into roles that pay and last.
We work with manufacturing units around Adityapur and Gamharia, with retail and service businesses across Sakchi and Bistupur, and with employers in Ranchi, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar who want candidates from this belt. Most of our placements come from referrals — an employer we filled a role for, or a candidate who told a friend.
Candidates never pay us. Our fee comes from the employer once a candidate joins.
Documents, last salary and reason for leaving are checked before a CV is forwarded.
If a placed candidate leaves within the agreed period, we refill the role at no extra cost.
If we cannot fill a role at the salary offered, we say so on the first call.
